Music for Oboe and Strings
25 June 2021 19:30 - 21:00
Come along to a free evening concert at the chapel, part of the Fitzrovia Arts Festival. You don’t need a ticket. Just turn up. This concert includes the Mozart Oboe Quartet and Jacob Oboe Quartet, with duos by Bartok and Stravinsky.
Now in its fifth year, the Fitzrovia Arts Festival celebrates Fitzrovia’s rich and diverse artistic past. Fitzrovia Arts Festival is the first and only community music festival to honour the artistic heritage of bohemian Fitzrovia together with the contemporary diversity that thrives in the area today.
With a programme of music by composers who have lived or worked in Fitzrovia over the centuries, in some cases played on historical instruments made in Fitzrovia, the Festival is a celebration of Fitzrovian community past and present.
