Experience yoga set against the gold mosaic ceiling and marble walls of the chapel in this unique movement session created for mothers and babies. Yolande Diver helps women through gentle movement practices that support women post birth. There will be time in the session to enjoy the Birth Reflections exhibition. A buggy park area is provided, as well as space to feed and change babies. Yoga mats will be provided for participants, but please bring a blanket for baby tummy time (or lie back and gaze at the gold ceiling)
