The Fabric of Love: Kids (5 yrs+) workshop inspired by The Ward Revisited

Inspired by stories of love and care in our current exhibition The Ward Revisited, the tradition of quilt-making and the AIDs Memorial Quilt, we will explore storytelling and celebrate our loved ones through textile art.

We will create individual fabric squares to represent people we love and combine them together to form our own quilt. This hands-on, creative workshop will introduce the themes of the exhibition in an age-appropriate and sensitive way, perfect for children ages 5+ and their families.

Enjoy crafting in the stunning setting of Fitzrovia Chapel with artist Christina Rose Brown and create a textile installation within the exhibition!

Suitable for 5yrs+

£3 per child + non refundable booking fee (booking NOT required for adults or siblings under 3yrs)

This event is wheelchair accessible.

Please accompany your child at all times.

All workshops will run for one hour.

We will be taking photographs during the sessions, please let us know if you do not want your photograph taken.
